Super Mario Bros & Duck Hunt 328/365

I am thankful for the single best cartridge on the Nintendo. The first Super Mario is an untouchable adventure and my personal favorite game of all time; sorry Pac-Man you’re close. Follow that up with Duck Hunt; the most amazing technology being used to shoot fake duck, discs but not dogs.
November 24th, 1988 is truly a day to be thankful for.

Super Mario Bros. / Duck Hunt is the game cartridge that came with the Nintendo Entertainment System consumer package that included a control deck, two controllers, and a light zapper. The included games are:

  • Super Mario Bros.: The tale of an Italian plumber smashing bricks and stepping on mushrooms and turtles in order to rescue the princess.
  • Duck Hunt: The basic light zapper game for the NES. Two game modes allowed the player to either shoot ducks with the help of the trusty hound or to fire at clay pigeons.”

Pick up your own copy here and don’t forget to check “Sold Items” before hitting up an auction.

Miss a day? Catch Up.
